COVID-19 Safety Protocols

If you have a positive COVID test or have recently been exposed to someone with COVID, we ask that you cancel your visit and we will waive the late cancellation fee. Symptoms include the new onset of any of the following: a fever (over 100.4F), headache, cough, sore throat, runny nose, body aches and fatigue, nausea and vomiting or diarrhea.

We Mask Up

On April 3, 2023, the Oregon Health Authority lifted the requirement for masks in medical settings. On May 11, 2023, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ended the federal COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) Declaration.

Our providers continue to mask during business hours to reduce the spread of COVID.

Clients are no longer required to mask, so you can choose to do whatever feels most comfortable for you.

We Get Poked

We are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (as well as a myriad of other infectious diseases).

To protect the most vulnerable members of our community, including those who are most impacted by socially created inequities, we highly recommend that all adult patients utilizing our in-person services are vaccinated against the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID-19. However, we do not require vaccination.

We Keep It Clean

In addition to the universal precautions that we have always observed in our clinic, we continue to practice behaviors that can limit the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. These include:

  • Running HEPA air filters throughout the clinic and opening the windows to air rooms out between clients.

  • Frequent handwashing

  • The use of EPA approved but earth-friendly, SARS-CoV-2 disinfecting agents on all surfaces

  • Limiting guests or non-essential folks in the clinic during treatment hours

  • COVID-19 survey sent to clients within the four hours prior to a visit
