We accept your Motor Vehicle Insurance claim (you do not need a referral). We accept Oregon Worker’s Compensation and while not required (in the first 30 days), this works best with a referral from your attending physician.

If we are out-of-network with your insurance company AND you have out-of-network acupuncture benefits, we suggest that you pay the time-of-service rate and then send a superbill (we provide) into your company for reimbursement.
